Subscriptions, upgrades and billing

Open My Account → Plan & Usage → Subscription & Billing. Public pricing compares plans; personal billing is managed in your signed-in account.

For a first subscription, review the plan, billing period, currency, tax and automatic renewal terms. For an upgrade, review the immediate adjustment, current service period and next renewal date and amount. If cancellation is scheduled, explicitly review whether the change restores renewal.

A checkout return does not itself confirm entitlement. Check the plan page and refresh if necessary; do not place repeated orders while processing.

Manage Billing/Subscription opens the Paddle customer portal for payment records, payment-method updates and cancellation. Updating a payment method may require authentication; success does not prove a renewal invoice was charged.

Scheduled cancellation generally retains access for the paid period. Immediate cancellation, refunds and failed payments have distinct effects; canceling renewal is not a refund. After service ends, read-only restrictions can block creation, editing, uploads and publishing while retained content remains accessible according to account permissions. Access returns after a successful subscription and server confirmation.

Check the actual invoice, amount and status for refunds. A Sandbox label identifies test checkout; the checkout environment determines whether payment is real.
